Pole for washing line

Your pole was ideal and arrived on the day you said. However the company that delivered it DX was awful. Your office could not have been more helpful and understanding.
However the DX driver dropped the pole ( 12.5kg and 3.4 m) partially in my hall as I opened the door and, when I said it needed to be delivered via the service lane into the back garden, he said he didn’t have time to do that. Even though I said I am 76 and have Parkinson’s, he drove off.
You need to consider using a different carrier IMHO
