Good quality tubing HOWEVER ....

Recently bought a number of fittings and tube which arrived quickly and were great however at the same time I purchased a number of end fittings (specified) to fit the tubes. They did not.
I enquired why these would not fit and got a very terse reply that they had to be welded!!! Nothing mentioned of this on the site - and why would people buy Keyclamp systems and then WELD end caps???? The catalogue needs to be clearer and customer services rather more polite.
