Delivery

Yes, we deliver all over the world. However, due to the heavy and bulky nature of most of our products, we need to find out what you need first for us to give you a delivery quote.

It depends on where you are. But for most of the UK you will get your order the next working day, when ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday.

We mainly use DPD, DX Freight, The Pallet Network and Pall-ex Network.

The vast majority of orders are shipped and delivered according to our delivery policy, which is usually next day when ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri, depending on the service ordered. However, occasionally something can go wrong.

You should receive a shipping notification email with every order, so please follow the tracking info in that email before contacting us.

If you do not have tracking info, and your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

We no longer operate a trade counter.

However, you are welcome to place your order online or over the phone to collect. See our contact us page for location information.

Product and Orders

Sure. We have a simple 14 days return process, Contact us so we can send you a returns number. Full returns info is on our returns page.

While we are mainly a stockist of products, we have a small range where we can customise to your requirements. See the Custom Made Products section.

We include specification drawings and data sheets for most of our product pages. They should be listed under the product description, titled 'Product Documentation'.

Unfortunately we do not supply CAD files such as dxf files.

Yes provided your order has not yet been picked, please call us as soon as possible to do so as sometimes we can have an order picked and packed within minutes of receiving an order.

If the order has already been picked we cannot add to the order and it will need to be treated as a new order so delivery charges may be due.

VAT invoices are automatically sent out to the order contact email address usually within 24 hours of order dispatch. If we don't have an e-mail contact, it will be posted to you.

If you haven't received anything after 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us to receive a copy invoice.

Our business model is to offer the lowest prices all the time so you will find we are often the cheapest including delivery when comparing a like for like order with another supplier.

We do not have price match promise due to the generic nature of most of our products it is not always possible to compare an exact like for like e.g. weight, size and quality of metal can vary. If you see a similar product at a lower price, do contact us to see if we can beat it.

Large orders are more likely to receive a volume discount. We are also more likely to offer discounts on orders collected from us if a product is expensive to deliver e.g. bulky products such as bar and tube.

Please note that discounted orders may not be eligible for any delivery promotions.

Yes we can provide credit accounts to most established businesses. See our Credit Account Application page for more information.

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to change the e-mail address on your account by yourself.

To do so, please contact us to make this request. We may ask some security questions on your account such as order history.

Alternatively, you can create a new account with the new email and contact us so we can merge the accounts together.
