This was a brilliant replacement for my old worn out hinge. It actually keeps the gate higher than the original did when it is fully opened. I would recommend this item.

Clean cut plate. Next to no dressing required. Uniform in shape. Good quality material.
Clean cut discs with minimal dressing needed. Web site has a decent selection of diameters. Would be good if there was an option for thinner sections m, 3mm, would be ideal.
Clean straight sections with clean punched holes. Although I did not check spacing of holes, turned out to be perfect. 12mm holes actually measure close to 14mm. Wasn’t a big issue, quick upsetting of the 12mm square bar and you get the perfect fit.
Good design for using as base plate for a number of applications. Clean forged and cut, minimal rag removal needed. This plate only comes in 5mm thick, it would be good to have a 3mm thick option. .
