That product was great, but another one I got wasn't, it is loose fitting because the rivet through it wasn't tight enough. The customer wasn't happy, I might need to replace it

very happy with product except only one side was polished clean, the rear was rough cut and we have had to polish ourselves. The product description does not mention this. Could this have been a mistake?

Annoyed at delivery charges showing £14.95 but it’s plus vat!
All courier delivery charges are required to charge VAT in the UK. We do make it clear on the product page the delivery price is £14.95 ex VAT. It also says this on our delivery policy page. And at the checkout it gives the break down which you accepted the terms by completing the checkout. Not sure what else we can do so if you can update the review about the actual product that would be more helpful to other customers.
