I have already spoken to the company about how badly fabricated these are on the telephone. Unfortunately I thought better of them and assumed the next order of handrail standards would be better - I was wrong. The balls are out of alignment and the base's are welded on the skew, needing lots of packers to bring the post's upright. I was unable to use 3 of the 14 standards I bought, as they are too out of alignment, and you can't thread the handrail through the balls. Just crazy.
