Purchase from DC Iron

I have bought from DC Iron for years. I had an issue where they supplied an incorrect item , but they acted arrogantly when resolving this, not so much as a decent acknowledgment they supplied it wrong , never mind a sorry which never was provided , despite being told a day and another 60mile round trip it cost me to put right. Just plain bad mannered . Product good, but service and support very suspect. I will check out some other suppliers as I have no faith in them if I had a bigger issue

Steve, firstly i'm sorry that you got 1 item incorrect due it being small and similar and has somehow been put it the wrong bin and hasn't been picked up along the packing process.

But most importantly, after reviewing the email trail I agree that this was handled poorly and you did not get an apology, so for that I apologise albeit too late. This is out of character for us but we are reviewing our training process and documentation to ensure we keep the highest level of customer service.
