The iron balls were delivered very promptly despite their weight. I am using them to replace missing weights on a fly press. I was very pleased to find these as the original weights never seem to come up second hand . They seem well made and are good value.

My uncle collects spheres and balls shot puts he has been using it for weight training he calls it the farmers walk up and down the garden I took it to his house in my rucksack we both said luckily we don’t live on a hill or play catch thanks very much for that Ben
