Good product
My first time using this company DC Iron based in the North, I ordered a weld-on gate lock. In August 2023.
I had an issue with the lock not working, so I phoned the company. Told them the issue with the lock they sent out is not working with pictures emailed to them as well.
They were very helpful and courteous sales person John picked up the phone and their MD sorted out the issue very quickly and sent out a new unit the next working day delivery by DPD.
My order was placed via the website, the order was delivered by 1pm the following day. By a very helpful DPD courier it doesn't get much better than that. I Will certainly use DC Iron again and would not hesitate in recommending DC Iron for the good customer service I received, I give them “5 star”.

I've been using these locks for a while now, nothing comes better, all components are replaceable and easily serviceable!
