Arrived bent (no doubt caused by courier forcing into a van) and when raised I was sent and a video of how to hammer flat . Tried this and it didn’t work and so had to just use the straight section and have bent section in my “work out what to do pile when I have time”. Perhaps you could have just sent replacements and collected the bent bars or even said sorry for the hassle and we will send complimentary replacements. Product itself is very good
