You may cancel your order by giving us notification of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of delivery. For goods that have been delivered, the customer must pay for the return of the goods and we will refund the order. We can arrange collection of goods but there is a charge for non faulty goods.

For damaged or faulty goods, we will offer to send a replacement or a full refund of the value of the goods. We will pay for the collection of goods or reimburse the customer for the cost of returning to us.
